During this process you’ll enter business details that our customer support team reviews for wholesale approval. Once approved, you’ll receive an email and can log in to view wholesale pricing and place orders online.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
For new wholesale customers the minimum order is $250.00 (after coupon codes and discounts). For existing wholesale customers the minimum order is $100.00 (after coupon codes and discounts).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards accepted — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit terms (Net 30) available upon prior approval.
Do you offer private label or custom logo socks?
Yes! We offer private-label programs for qualified accounts, including branded packaging and logo socks. Minimums and setup fees apply — contact wholesale@jefferiessocks.com for details.
Do you offer socks made in the USA?
Yes. Jefferies Socks manufactures select collections in North Carolina. Look for “Made in USA” on applicable product pages.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card is charged the day your wholesale order is placed.
Do discounts and coupon codes apply to sale styles?
Discounts and coupon codes do not apply to sale styles, and do not apply to styles excluded from discounts.
How do I change my order?
You can update your order in the shopping cart until checkout is finalized. After checkout, please call us at 1-800-334-6831 (Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm EST) or email socks@jefferiessocks.com.
If I don’t finish my order will the items in my shopping cart stay there until I login again?
Items typically remain in your cart for up to 11 months after being added. During occasional site maintenance, open carts may be cleared. Otherwise, your selections should remain saved.
How do I know an item is in stock?
The order form on each product page will show the sizes/colors that are in stock. If a size/color is not in stock the order block will be greyed out. When you click on the greyed out block a pop-up message appears that tells you if the item is temporarily out of stock and if we have the style on re-order the message will include a back in stock date. If we do not carry a specific size/color then no block will be shown. We have designed our website to make it easy to order multiple sizes and colors of a style while also alerting you of what is not in stock so you do not place an order for an out of stock item. We do not back order items for online orders. If you would like to place an order for an out of stock item or a new item that hasn’t arrived yet please call us at 1-800-334-6831 (Monday – Friday, 10am–4pm EST) or email us at socks@jefferiessocks.com.
How do I know an item is in stock?
Each product page shows sizes/colors currently in stock. If a size/color is out of stock, the order block is greyed out. Clicking a greyed block displays an out-of-stock note and, when applicable, an estimated restock date. We do not backorder online orders.
How do I return an item?
Please call 1-800-334-6831 (Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm EST) for a return authorization before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How should I wash my socks and tights?
Our socks and tights are knit to last! Most of our socks are machine washable. We recommend that you follow the instructions on the items packaging.
Do you have sensory friendly seamless socks and tights?
Yes! Any socks or tights that have a Seamless Smooth Toe feature are sensory friendly.
What is Smooth Toe and is it seamless?
Our Smooth Toe socks and tights are knit to provide ultimate comfort and relief for sensitive feet. They offer minimal seam that is non-irritating and less bulky than a traditional toe seam.

When will my order ship?
Most wholesale orders ship in 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
How can I track my orders?
An email is sent to the login email address when your shipment leaves our distribution center. You can also track under your account by clicking the person icon (top right) and choosing My Orders from the side menu.
